Partner Visa (subclasses 820 and 801)- Onshore

This visa allows the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
The temporary Partner visa (subclass 820) is the first stage towards a permanent Partner visa (subclass 801). You must be in Australia when you apply and also when this visa is decided.
About two years after you lodged your application for this visa, you will be assessed for a permanent Partner visa (subclass 801).
Partner (Provisional) visa (subclass 309) and Partner (Migrant) visa (subclass 100)-Offshore

Subclass 309 is a temporary visa for a partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. It is usually valid for two years. About two years after you lodge your application for this visa, you will be assessed for the permanent Partner visa (subclass 100).
Parent Visa (Subclass 103)

This visa lets the parents live in Australia if their child is an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen who is settled in Australia.
However there can a long wait for up to 30 years before the visa is approved.
Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300)

This visa allows you to come to Australia to marry your prospective spouse. Your marriage must take place within the visa’s nine month validity period and after that time you can apply for a subclass 820 or 309 Partner visa which is a pathway to permanent residency.
Student Guardian Visa (Subclass 590)

This visa allows you to stay in Australia as the guardian of an international student younger than 18 years of age.
- a student visa holder who is under 18 year of age.
- a student visa holder who is 18 years of age or older and needs care and support due to exceptional circmstances.
